Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Branded Products: Service and warranty claims for branded products must be made directly at the brand’s authorized service centers. We accept returns for branded products only if they are damaged in transit.
  • Certain items (e.g., personalized, perishable, or clearance products) may not be eligible for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for items damaged during shipping and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A clear unboxing video showing the package opening is mandatory for claiming shipping damage. Without proper video proof, refund claims will not be accepted.
  • Claims of fake or incorrect items shipped without proper unboxing video proof will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
  • Once an approved return is received and verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Branded Products: Refunds are not issued for branded items except in the case of verified shipping damage. All other concerns must be handled through the brand’s official service centers.
