·         We currently ship only within India.

·         Orders placed from outside India will not be processed.

·         Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

·         Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframe

·         Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

·         Remote or rural areas may take longer (up to 10 days).

·         We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

·         Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

·         Free shipping may be offered on certain products or during promotional periods.

5. Order Tracking

·         Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your package.

6. Delays

·         We make every effort to deliver on time, but unforeseen delays due to courier partner issues, weather conditions, or government restrictions may occur.

·         In such cases, we will keep you updated.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

·         If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/unboxing video.

·         In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

8. Customer Responsibility

·         Please ensure the correct shipping address and contact details are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.
